Engineer-reviewed FAQ
Questions about FS-615
Application answers reviewed for compatibility, selection, installation and maintenance.
What pipe diameters and pressures are supported by the FS-615 inline thermal gas mass flow meter?+
The FS-615 inline thermal gas flow meter is engineered for pipe installations across DN20 to DN40 sizes, supporting flow rates from 10-1000 L/min (0.6-60 m3/h) for DN20 up to 40-4000 L/min (2.4-240 m3/h) for DN40. Its wide measurable velocity range of 1 to 100 Nm/s enables high-sensitivity gas leak detection. Constructed with 316 stainless steel or aluminum body options, the sensor tolerates fluid pressures up to 3.0 MPa and sensor temperatures from -40°C to +250°C. Accuracy is rated at +/-1 to 2.5%. Non-stop hot-tap installation options require special customization, so installation method must be confirmed for the selected configuration. Send your gas medium, flow range, pressure, temperature, viscosity, tube size, process connection, and required output for confirmation.
