How do I select the right low-flow meter?+

Start with the medium, minimum/normal/maximum flow, pressure, temperature, viscosity, tube dimensions, required accuracy, response time and output. These conditions determine both the sensing principle and the final range.

Can clamp-on ultrasonic meters measure corrosive or high-purity liquids?+

They can be strong candidates because the sensor does not contact the liquid. The tube must remain chemically compatible, and the liquid and tubing must provide a usable ultrasonic signal.

Which sensors are suitable for SIP and CIP bioprocesses?+

CurioSens offers sterilizable pH, dissolved oxygen and conductivity sensors. Suitability must be checked against the actual temperature, pressure, cycle duration, process connection, wetted materials and validation requirements.

What communication signals are available?+

Depending on model and configuration, options include 4-20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU, pulse, alarm outputs and HART. Confirm the PLC or DCS interface when selecting a model.
