The FS-618 features improved full-scale zero-point stability compared to conventional thermal meters, with an accuracy rating of +/-1.5% FS and a 100:1 turndown ratio. Standard flow ranges span 0-100 L/min to 0-1000 L/min (0-60 m3/h). Its optimized internal flow channel significantly lowers pressure drop, saving compressor energy.
